Our company has made the following after-sales commitments for the products tendered:

I. Quality Assurance

Honeycomb Aerospace Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. adheres to the concept of customer-centered, standardized, professional and efficient customer service, providing customers with standard, formal, professional and efficient equipment installation and maintenance after-sales services. Our company has made the following after-sales commitments for the products tendered:

Every piece of equipment and equipment fittings are complete, complete packaging, intact and unsealed.

2. After-sales service commitment:

Assist the buyer to carry out preliminary acceptance of the appearance, quantity and quality of the products delivered; provide technical services on site at the time required by the buyer; guide the buyer to assemble the hardware, install and debug the software according to the technical data and drawings of the supplier; and make corresponding explanations according to the technical data.

Assist the user to inspect and arrange the place where the equipment is placed, and understand the environment in which the equipment is used. For the matching equipment related to the contracted equipment selected by the buyer, the supplier shall actively provide the technical conditions and information to meet the requirements of the equipment interface.

Operational Services: After the equipment installation and acceptance is qualified, our company provides two-year warranty for hardware of flight platform and ground station system. During this period, our company is responsible for providing free maintenance, maintenance and free replacement of damaged and defective parts for the equipment purchased by the buyer. It ensures that the whole system is in good condition within 2 years and can normally carry out flight service and operation tasks. During this period, all the costs incurred are borne by our company (spark plug, propeller, oil, etc.). Except for fragile parts) materials and materials.

Software Upgrading Service: During the warranty period, the project purchases the software related to equipment. Our company will provide a software return evaluation and upgrade service once a year. We will optimize and improve the software function and interface according to the buyer's needs. During the warranty period, our company is responsible for providing two free services to the buyer's equipment.

III. After-sales Service Guarantee

Company strength guarantee: Our company has after-sales service agencies in all provinces and cities in China, which can cover all the provinces where the supply is located, and has enough spare parts.

After-sales personnel security: the company has professional technicians, and a number of senior engineers through the qualification. It can provide good technical services for the vast number of users. The company also established a special logistics center, equipped with a large number of consumables and spare parts, in order to meet customer needs at any time, to ensure the normal operation of the equipment provided. In our company, a full-time service engineer will be set up for this project, specially responsible for the interface and coordination of technical support and after-sales service of this project.

After-sales management guarantee: Our company provides three-dimensional guarantee system for all products provided during the validity period of this tender.
